dotsweep: the domain check that refuses to guess

Every domain checker has the same failure mode: a registry times out or throttles the request, and the tool cheerfully reports the name as free. That is the one wrong answer that costs real money.

dotsweep is built around the opposite rule. An unreachable registry never produces a confident “available”; the engine keeps confirmed answers and estimates apart and caches them differently. On top of that it does what founders actually need while naming a project: one search across hundreds of TLDs, with registration and renewal prices side by side.
